Here’s some street photos from my trip to the Olympics in February. I sat down tonight to sort through files, and noticed these for the first time. Enjoy.
I left today a bit before sunset to get some shots for class of a bridge over the White River. The assignment was to shoot more photos with the lecture in mind. I enjoy some of the photos I got today, despite the snow in my shoes and wind on my face.
It’s been an interesting week here in Muncie, Indiana. We’ve gone from extreme cold to mild and rainy in a week. The main concern now for everyone is flooding. The snow is melting quickly causing very large puddles on campus, flooding the grass, and making lots of feet wet and miserable. The village is a street just off campus that contains, a bookstore, an ice cream shop, and six bars. I decided to take my camera with me when I went to turn in my visa application at the travel agency for the Olympics. Yay. I had spent most of the week indoors because the cold was miserable, so being out with my camera for the first time resulted in two hours of shooting and wandering around down by the village. I’ll be heading out tomorrow early to check out the flooding along the White River and shooting around. Here’s some images from my snow coverage and my first time in the sun after a week!
